I am attaching a photo here.
I ordered this perfume out of curiosity. I believed that a product from such a cheap segment couldn't be of good quality, but I'm very glad that I was wrong. The perfumes came sealed, the box was intact, the bottle is made of solid glass, and the cap is heavy and metallic. I immediately tested the perfumes and... vanilla, vanilla... oh my God, the scent is very strong at first, but it settles on the skin and becomes gentle, yet still reminding you of its presence. In my opinion, I can also sense some oriental spices, making it perfect for this season. I'm very satisfied. The fragrance is marketed as unisex, but to me, it leans more towards a feminine scent. It's sweet, but not overpowering, with a hint of eastern vibes and a subtle woody undertone. It lasts the whole day on my cool skin type and stays on clothes until washed. The delivery was fast, and the courier was friendly and polite. Personally, I'm very happy with my purchase and discovering this new brand. It is classified as mass-market, but I would confidently place it in the luxury category.
I didn't buy it here because it was not available, but I will still leave a review. The fragrance is a clone of By the Fireplace by MM, almost 100% identical, but slightly less long-lasting. It is a very good clone, as I own both perfumes, and why pay more when Lattafa has made an excellent clone? I recommend it.
Perhaps these are just my first impressions, but in my opinion, Montale - Black Oud or rather Fantastic Oud falls first. I don't know why, but it reminds me of Ameer Al Oud Intense Oud. Over time, the scent may evolve and I will update my review.
Unfortunately, the bottle arrived with smudged writing on it. However, the bottle itself is beautiful, heavy, and quite minimalistic compared to other products from this brand. There are no rhinestones, and for that, I am thankful.
The perfume itself is a successful copy of Maison Martin Margiela's "By the Fireplace." And this similarity only increases over time. So it's better to apply it in advance because it can be a bit overwhelming at first. After an hour, it fully develops, the chemical smell disappears, and what remains is smoke, sugar, smoldering wood, and a hint of leather in the background. All of this creates such a cozy atmosphere that you feel like you're wrapped in a warm blanket by the fireplace.
It's a worthy replacement for an expensive perfume (the price of "By the Fireplace" is significantly higher). It's best suited for late autumn and winter, in my opinion. The sillage is not strong, it sits close to the skin.
The longevity is exceptional! It becomes overwhelming by the evening.
It's not a masterpiece, but it grabs your attention and has character.
A quieter version of a well-known fragrance. The combination of a burning sensation and the night air in nature - that's exactly what the magic of the night smells like. The beauty is incredible.
I bought it from another website at twice the price, but it was not available here. The scent is a clone of "By the fireplace" by MM, almost 100%, but less long-lasting. It's a beautiful, subtle, and cozy perfume. I recommend it!
