I can no longer imagine the process of removing makeup and washing my face without this product. It is the best thing I have ever had.
I initially used this product without makeup to remove sebum and remnants of morning skincare (I did this with hydrophilic oils) in two steps. In this sense, it is completely unnecessary as it dries out the skin and is a waste of money. It removes makeup well, including foundation and eye makeup. However, I'm not sure if I'm using it incorrectly or if the product is just not particularly economical. In the spring, I will return to using it daily to remove SPF.

Personally, after using this product for makeup removal, my face feels squeaky clean, but not like with drying face wash gels. I actually like this feeling of cleanliness. However, I still use a gentle foam cleanser in a small amount afterwards. My face is clean and it doesn't cause breakouts. Only a tiny amount of the product is needed for makeup removal. The most perfect hydrophilic product overall that I have ever come across. It cleanses gently, glides smoothly, and is very economical to use. I really want to know about the "refreshing citrus scent" mentioned in the description. I usually buy the classic version of this product, but this time I bought this one hoping for the scent. However, it is unpleasant (thanks for it being very weak, but still not good). And there is no mention of mandarins at all.
The product itself does the job well. The packaging is convenient. I have been choosing the balm over the hydrophilic version for several years now. But I still recommend the classic version.

For me, this is the best balm out of all that I have tried! And I have tried a lot in the 7 years of using sunscreens. Everything is good about it: the consistency, the scent, and the cleansing. Even the jar itself (120ml, because I didn't have a smaller size) is well thought out. Because, if we compare, for example, with the Beauty of Joseon balm, there is nowhere to put the spoon and it stays in the balm. But with Heimish, there is a separate compartment for the spoon. And the scent, it's a separate love and aromatherapy in the evening. As for the cleansing, all balms are more or less the same for me, because there is no makeup, only sunscreen and mattifying powder.
I didn't expect the product to be so amazing. It is very pleasant to use, as I'm not a fan of oily cleansers that sometimes leave a film and oily sensation. But this product completely won me over. My skin feels clean and moisturized after using it, and it's nice to give myself a little massage while rinsing off my makeup and SPF. I love it when I buy products based on reviews and they turn out to be really great. Usually, when I buy blindly, just relying on makeup reviews, I always have some doubts. But this one is a 10/10 - I highly recommend it.
I used to use the classic version of this balm and was satisfied with it. So when this new product came out, I wanted to try it, hoping for good results like the classic version. However, after using it, I started experiencing a large number of breakouts, which is not typical for my skin. I occasionally have a few pimples, but nothing more. Maybe it clogged my pores or just doesn't cleanse effectively, even though I double cleanse. I'm not sure, but as soon as I switched to the Needle hydrophilic oil, my skin immediately improved.

This is the best Korean hydrophilic balm I've ever had. It has a pleasant price and lasts a long time because it is economical. I have oily skin in the summer and combination skin in the winter, and it works perfectly regardless of the skin condition and any time of the year. It also does a great job of removing makeup and SPF. I liked the new version with mandarin even more than the classic one. I'll let you in on a secret, this version of the balm removes eye makeup better than the classic one. The scent is pleasant, not overpowering, which is perfect for someone who doesn't like strong smells and is sensitive to them. In short, it's love at first sight. ♡

For me personally, this balm is the best. I've tried different ones, but I always come back to this one. I recently got this new one. It's a bit firmer than the usual one, but it still melts on the skin just like the first version. I like everything about it, although I don't know why it's called Mandarin because it doesn't smell like it at all. The scent is barely noticeable, but if you read that it has a mandarin scent and stick your nose right into the jar expecting to smell it, you might catch a faint whiff. But still, it's better than other options - just a bit better. The jar is convenient, it emulsifies into a milk-like consistency, and it easily rinses off without leaving a film. It doesn't irritate the eyes or create a film on them. Right now, I have zero and it's far inferior to this balm.
