The bottle had been used, as the cap was halfway on and there were fingerprints of dirty fingers on it. Additionally, the level of the perfume was almost a centimeter below the shoulders of the bottle. The bottle cap is shiny and reflects light like a mirror, I'll try to take a picture. Even without fully removing the cap, you can still smell the fragrance of the perfume. The scent is nice, but all of this backstory is very disappointing. This has never happened before.
