Never apply lightener to hair that has already been lightened. Use only on colored hair: mix with 1% to 5% developer up to 3%, 6%, or 9% (10, 20, or 30 vol.). For scalp application, use 3% (10 vol.) or 6% (20 vol.). Mixing ratio should be 1:1.5. Processing time is up to 50 minutes, checking every 5 minutes.
