Hair Toner, 3x60ml EveryGreen Lunar Shades Toner

Semi-permanent neutral hair tonic without ammonia, enriched with organic jojoba and rosehip oils. It is designed to give a more pastel shade to the final color when used in combination with other Lunar Shades toning products or to enhance hair's shine without altering the base color when used alone. It can be applied all over the head, but its toning effect will only be evident on bleached sections if mixed with other shades.
