The "Magnesium Oak" natural bath salt from the Bosqie brand promotes muscle relaxation, improves blood circulation, and normalizes metabolic processes. It holistically rejuvenates the skin, making it incredibly silky, soft, firm, elastic, and tender. The product contains magnesium, which is often used by athletes for muscle recovery after intense physical exertion and training.

Full Bath: Dissolve a few tablespoons of salt in a bathtub filled with water at a temperature of 37-40°C (98-104°F). Soak in the bath for about 20 minutes. Salt baths are recommended 2-3 times a week.
Baby Bath: Use 1 teaspoon of salt for a baby bath and limit the bath time to 10 minutes. Before bathing, stimulate blood circulation by exfoliating in the shower. We recommend using Bosqie clay or commercially available scrubs. This preparation removes dead skin cells and enhances the absorption of minerals from the salt.
Hand or Foot Bath: Dissolve 2 tablespoons of salt in 5-7 liters of water. The recommended water temperature is 50°C (122°F). During the bath, you can massage your hands or feet to smooth the skin and prepare them for further manicure/pedicure treatments. The bath will have an antiseptic and soothing effect, significantly improving the appearance of rough skin, reducing swelling, and assisting in the treatment of skin conditions.
Salt Compress: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of salt in a glass of warm water, soak a cotton compress in the solution, and apply it to the desired area. For enhanced effect, wrap the compress with a warm towel or plastic wrap. Leave the compress on for 1-2 hours. A cold compress can also be used for its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, reducing swelling and tissue redness.
Exfoliation: Mix salt with your favorite natural Bosqie oil. Gently massage the mixture onto your body in circular motions to exfoliate, then rinse off with warm water.
Body Rub: Recommended for conditions involving high fever, including in children. Rub the entire body with a high-concentration salt solution.
Acne Treatment: The ingredients in the salt penetrate deeply into the skin, nourishing and regenerating cells, and preventing the growth of pus-forming bacteria. Additionally, the salt helps normalize sebum production. Use salt solutions to wash areas of the body with skin issues. They are effective for daily care of oily skin (acne, eczema, combination skin). Visible results can be seen within 2-3 weeks. An optimal solution contains 1-2% salt diluted in warm mineral water. Soak a cotton pad in the prepared solution and wipe the skin on the face, forehead, and back.
