It has 540 ultra-short titanium-coated short needles used for micro injections of vitamins, antioxidants, and plant extracts. The derma roller is of very poor quality. The drum itself, along with the needles, barely holds together and does not rotate as it should. One side constantly pops out. The 0.3mm needles might be suitable for a beard, but I cannot even feel it or see any effects on my head.
