Wet the replacement brush head and apply toothpaste. Place the toothbrush in your mouth and turn it on. Slowly move the brush head from tooth to tooth. Hold the toothbrush still for a few seconds before moving to the next tooth. Clean your gums as thoroughly as your teeth. Start by cleaning the outer surfaces of your teeth, then the inner surfaces, and finally the chewing surfaces.
The brush is of terrible quality. It arrived with a non-functioning battery, which was replaced, but the brush only turned on twice and no longer works. I strongly do not recommend ordering this product!
