Great foam. I have been using it for several months on combination skin. At first, it dried out a bit and sometimes caused redness, but it quickly went away. Later, I noticed a significant result: fewer breakouts (old ones quickly disappeared and rarely appeared again), overall cleaner skin. Very good cleansing gel RECOMMENDED especially if you use it to cleanse your face and then apply the regular cream or the one with retinol from the same brand. The face becomes soft, smooths out the skin tone, and there are no redness or breakouts. CeraVe is a super good brand.

I don't use it often because it doesn't seem suitable for me. I have oily skin. When I wash my face with it, it becomes very red afterwards, and when I apply toner, it starts to sting (sometimes the same happens with the cream). If I wash my face with a regular gel without any active ingredients, I don't experience these issues. I mostly use it for my body, and in that regard, I like it much more. It helps with small pimples.

The gel is very stiff. It turned my normal skin into dry and irritated. The smell is truly unpleasant, and combined with the overall effect, it felt like washing my face with acid. Perhaps it would be better suited for oily skin.
