Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods—feel free to try various ones and choose the one that works best for you. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. Once inserted, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it is correctly positioned. If unsure, feel the bottom of the cup—it should be round or oval when properly placed. If you detect any indentations, the cup has not fully opened. Gently grasp the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to rotate it to create a suction seal. Once in place, give the stem a slight tug; if you feel resistance, the suction seal is established, and the cup is successfully installed!
