Boucheron Quatre Iconic Eau de Parfum

These are unique perfumes that take some getting used to. The initial notes of ginger, pepper, and floral elements fade after about 15 minutes, leaving behind a scent of orchid with Peruvian balsam. It's not quite what I expected, but it's very long-lasting—just half a spray lasts a full day on the skin. I'm still trying to understand the appeal of this fragrance. I think it might be more suitable for spring, as it seems more interesting in winter.

The perfume is nice, modern, and dignified. I can detect almost all the notes mentioned. It's not like Quatre, which I prefer because it's more vibrant and dynamic. For enthusiasts of this style, I can recommend it, as the price is quite low for what it offers.

It has the scent of sweet candied fruits, reminiscent of Christmas pastries, raspberry jam, and luxurious powder, with an amazing longevity that lasts until morning. I should have gotten a larger bottle. As always, the makeup is top-notch.

I'm not sure why some people say it doesn't have a long-lasting scent because that's completely untrue. The fragrance is very enduring, lingering on clothes for several days and on the skin for about half a day, which is quite satisfactory. I was looking for something similar to Valentino Voce Viva, and in some ways, they are indeed alike. It's a compliment-worthy scent, rich with warm oriental notes of amber, vanilla, and honey, mixed with a hint of citrus and floral accents. It's a sweet and spicy aroma.

I bought this based on the description of the notes. Unfortunately, I couldn't detect any mandarin, blackcurrant, or patchouli in the fragrance. It's quite disappointing! The scent is more suited for women over 60, and even in cold weather, it is overwhelming and very strong. I regret ordering it.
