During the COVID-19 pandemic, I found that this fragrance lasted longer than any others. While other perfumes, even the louder ones, had faded or distorted to the point where it didn't make sense to try to inhale their scent, Iris still lingered. I would apply it to my wrists before bed, and it provided great emotional support. It was also the first scent to return when I couldn't smell others anymore. For example, I still can't detect musk or coffee. So, it's particularly special to me.
This fragrance is truly more of a single note iris scent, leaving no trace because oil-based perfumes tend to blend into the skin. It's a delicate, sweet, powdery fragrance that can be worn by girls and women alike, especially those who love iris. It won't overpower at night, of course, and I wouldn't expect a long-lasting trail from it. It's close to the skin and intimate.
These oil-based perfumes are incredibly long-lasting and highly concentrated. They possess both retro and modern qualities, which I find quite intriguing and unique. However, I must admit that I am somewhat confused by their dual nature.
