I have never used similar whitening gels before. Maybe they are all like this.
First of all, I want to say that the taste is disgusting. It tastes very chemical and bitter. That's why I have to spit it out all the time while whitening.
It looks like a white paste with a pleasant aroma, but the taste is as mentioned above.

You should use it either for 15 minutes twice a day or for 30 minutes once a day. I do it for 30 minutes.
They promise whitening results in 15 days, but you can continue for 30 days for even whiter teeth.
I read about the active ingredient, Phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid, only after placing the order. There are studies suggesting that it damages enamel unlike regular peroxide, so I probably won't buy gels with it anymore.
