This is a lightweight, excellent cream with a very pleasant scent.
I bought creams from different lines of Dr.Sante: Vitamin C, with collagen 45+, Oily Rich, and moisturizing. I read good reviews about this manufacturer and decided to buy creams for dry skin and under the eyes, and try them all for a week. I wrote my impressions about the "Vitamin C" line a week ago. Now I'm writing about this specific line. Overall, I liked it and it suits dry skin well, as my face looked refreshed. However, I didn't see significant results from the eye cream specifically. I sometimes have puffiness in the mornings, and applying the cream in the evening didn't change my wrinkles. But it definitely didn't get worse, and I still think that using this cream is better than not using anything at all for softening the skin. Maybe I'm being too picky. Now I will use the Oily Rich line for a week and write about it later.
Price = quality
I bought it for my mom, and I tried the cream once on myself. It feels like it's not an eye cream, but just some fragrant liquid. There is no effect at all compared to other products in this price range. There is not even a sense of moisture retention. Whether you apply it or not, it's the same. It's better to just use a regular face cream for under the eyes :(

This cream is more like a cream-balm, as it has a slightly oily texture, but it is not heavy. It absorbs well, does not leave any residue, and works great under makeup. It is suitable for dry skin. I am under 45 and bought it for preventative purposes. The scent is delicate, with a hint of lemon... I really liked the quality of this product!
