Usage Instructions
1) Wash your hands. Tear open the protective wrapper to remove the non-applicator tampon.
2) Pull the inner tube of the applicator out from the outer tube until you hear a click (see diagram) to extend the applicator to its full length.
3) Hold the outer tube of the applicator with your thumb and middle finger, and position the rounded end of the applicator at the entrance of your vagina.
4) Gently spread your labia with the fingers of your free hand. The vaginal opening is located between the urethral opening and the anal opening.
5) Carefully insert the tip of the applicator into your vagina at an angle until your fingers touch your body.
6) Use your index finger to push the inner tube of the applicator into the outer tube. The tampon is now in the correct position, and you should not feel it.
7) Remove the applicator tubes. The tampon's string should remain outside your body. Make sure to discard both tubes properly (do not flush the applicator as it is made of plastic) and wash your hands.
8) Change your tampon regularly, every 4-8 hours.
9) If using overnight, insert a new tampon before going to bed and change it in the morning when you wake up. Detailed instructions are included in every box of tampons.
