Baths: mix 4-7 drops of oil with 30-60g of emulsifier (salt, soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to a filled bathtub. Saunas and steam baths: 5-7 drops per 15 sq. meters of room space, add to a vessel with 50-100 ml of water. Sprinkle the mixture. Inhalations and room aromatization: aroma burner: 3-7 drops of oil per 15 sq. meters of room space, add to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle; hot inhalations: pour boiling water into a wide-mouthed container, cover the head with a towel and then add 1-2 drops of oil, the duration of the procedure is 5-7 minutes.
