This is a great cream that quickly clears up my face from breakouts (I have hormonal ones). While I work on treating the problem from within, this cream literally extracted huge painful subcutaneous pimples that had been on my face for weeks in just 4 days. The only downside is that it causes significant skin peeling (not surprising, considering the high concentration of acid). After a week of use, I switched to using it every other day and everything settled down. It is also quite economical to use.
