Permanent Cream Color - Eugene Perma Carmen Rituel
Disappointment, not a hair dye. I bought shade 8.21 and mixed it with their 6% developer, leaving it on for 40 minutes. After rinsing, my hair looked the same as before, with the gray on my temples completely untouched, even though a 3% developer with other dyes usually covers it. Like all dyes, it dried out my hair. The only positive aspect is that it has no smell.
The hair dye is fantastic. After using it, my hair feels silky and shiny, especially when paired with a mask and oil. The shade 4.35 is a beautiful, rich brunette, even though the box described it as chestnut golden mahogany. I checked the swatches, and it was all good. The scent is pleasant, and the creamy consistency applies easily and spreads well. It does slightly stain the skin on the forehead, but there's no burning or other discomfort. I'm very satisfied!
