Instant Crush — a niche perfume with a floral-oriental spicy scent for both women and men, launched in 2019 by the French perfume brand Mancera. An exciting, mysterious, and sensual fragrance — an impulsive and passionate olfactory composition that evokes feelings of lightness, happiness, and joy.
Spicy, warm notes of ginger and precious saffron, elegantly highlighted by fresh, sparkling citrus notes, initiate the fragrance, intertwining in the "heart" of the perfume composition with a mesmerizingly beautiful bouquet of jasmine and velvety-spicy honeyed rose against a warm, resinous backdrop of sunny amber. Gentle powdery shades of vanilla, oriental notes of white musk, creamy sandalwood, and green accents of oakmoss complete the unique and harmonious scent of Mancera Instant Crush.
Oh, what an interesting scent! I didn't expect it. I usually don't like Montale Mansera fragrances, but this one surprised me.
I tested it for half an hour. With just one spray, you are surrounded by a cloud of expensive winter fragrance. It's like wearing a fur coat instead of a down jacket. It gives off a vibe of the New Year and high society events. It's magnificent.
However, the longevity is killer, so you have to be very careful. After about 10 minutes, it becomes unisex. I mean, I can easily imagine a man wearing it. I can't break down the notes and don't know what stands out at first, but when I smell the spot where I applied it, I can envision the image of a wealthy, prestigious man.
The scent is sweet and also reminds me a bit of Arabs who like to wear a lot of sweet fragrances. It's not a youthful scent, more suitable for people aged 30 and above.
For reference, my favorite scents are Pure XS by Paco Rabanne and Olympia by the same brand. I also like La Vie Est Belle by Lancome.
