I purchased this product not from the makeup website, but from a store in Poland, so I cannot comment on the delivery. I got shade 1, which is cool and has a nice shine. However, it is not just a gloss, it is a lip maximizer that tingles a bit and leaves a pink undertone on the lips. Overall, the gloss-maximizer is cool, but it tingles too much and has a strong pepper scent. Rating: 3.5.
