I purchased this 3D massager from Make-up, and I really liked it both in terms of appearance and performance. However, one of the rollers flew off shortly after. I considered ordering it again, but I had doubts. When I checked the reviews, I saw that this issue was not only happening to me. The consultant for this product responded saying that it could be replaced. I contacted them via Viber, provided a screenshot of the purchase and a photo of the broken roller. They replied that they would resolve the issue and asked for the courier service branch and my information. They sent me a brand new massager on the same day. I went to the courier service to pick it up and wanted to pay for the delivery, but they told me it was already paid for. I was pleasantly surprised! I came home, opened the box, and everything was neatly arranged inside. There was a complimentary small chocolate and a new massager sealed in foil. As a massager, overall it is not bad. However, after several months of use, the coating on the rollers has worn off in some places. It's not pleasant to give a massage and know that the paint is peeling off. Moreover, the price is too high.

Great massager. Made with high quality. The rollers sit firmly, nothing slips off. Can be used on the face, although the rollers are a bit large for the face. It is optimal for areas with cellulite and other areas with fatty deposits. It effectively grabs the fold of the skin and loosens it. I highly recommend both the massager and the store.
