I went to a trichologist who created a treatment plan for me. The first stage involved using these ampoules and shampoo from the same series. I used 2 boxes and followed a specific washing schedule: on the first day, I used 2 ampoules, on the second day, I took a break, and on the third day, I used 1 ampoule. Two boxes lasted me about 1.5 months. During this time, my hair loss reduced by four times and I noticed the growth of many new hairs. Additionally, I took other medications to address the iron and vitamin D deficiency. However, when I retook the tests, the indicators did not change significantly, so I believe that the hair loss was specifically stopped by using these capsules. In general, I consider this to be a good complex, but it should be used under the supervision of a doctor and after identifying the root causes of hair loss.
