Before starting the massage, thoroughly cleanse your face and neck. Apply serum, oil, or cream to your skin. Begin rolling from the center of the face, carefully following the massage lines. Apply gentle pressure and treat each area for 1-2 minutes.
Use the larger roller for the cheeks, forehead, neck, and décolleté area. For the nose and eye area, use the smaller roller. The procedure should last between 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat it twice a day.
