Before starting the massage, thoroughly cleanse your face and neck. Apply serum, oil, or cream to your skin. Begin rolling from the center of the face, carefully following the massage lines. Apply gentle pressure and treat each area for 1-2 minutes.
Use the larger roller for the cheeks, forehead, neck, and décolleté area. For the nose and eye area, use the smaller roller. The procedure should last between 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat it twice a day. After the massage, remove any excess cream or oil with a paper towel, wash the roller, and let it dry.
If you need to reduce inflammation and tone the skin, we recommend pre-cooling the roller in the freezer for 5 minutes.
