M-in-M Base Gel for Dip Powder - a foundational coating, used in powder manicures as the initial, base layer. M-in-M Dip Powder serves a similar purpose to gel polish, which is why it's often also referred to as gel powder. The prefix Dip, meaning to dunk or immerse in English, broadly describes the method of working with the material - applying the nail coating by dipping the nail into the powder. The technology of coating nails with Dip Powder involves the use of the Dip Powder itself, as well as three essential, non-interchangeable products, specifically:
- Base Gel - a special foundational coating that is applied first and ensures quality, reliable adhesion between the colored coating and the natural nail, while also protecting the nail plate;It is also worth noting that Dip Powder excels in extending nails on tips, quickly, efficiently, and securely.
How to use:
1. Perform a manicure, prepare the nail for coating, thoroughly degrease;
2. Apply a thin layer of the base coating, avoiding contact with the cuticles and the lateral ridges;
3. Without waiting for the base coating to dry, dip the nail into the Dip Powder;
4. Gently brush off any excess powder from the nail;
5. Apply activator to the nail, wait for it to fully dry (about 1 minute);
6. If desired, for a more vibrant color, repeat steps 2 through 5;
7. To level and achieve a smooth surface, buff the nail;
8. Clean the nail from dust with a lint-free wipe or brush;
9. Apply 2-3 thin layers of the finish coating, wait for it to dry (about 1-3 minutes);
10.If after the finish coating dries, it feels tacky, apply a thin layer of activator to remove the stickiness without damaging the surface.
The coating made with Dip Powder can be removed using a standard liquid for removing gel polish.
When applying Dip Powder on long nails, it is recommended to additionally strengthen the nails. To do this, before applying the colored gel powder, coat the nail with a layer of clear gel powder (steps 1 to 4), leaving a margin of 2-3 mm from the cuticle.-

I have an allergy to gel systems and gel polish, and although I have tried many products, I always have a terrible allergic reaction. This dip system, however, has been a lifesaver for me. I use powder 02 along with the applicator, and it works wonders.
It does not cause allergies, which is a plus. However, the manicure chips poorly on the second day, which is quite irritating.
I am extremely satisfied!!! My nails are thin (by nature), gel is not for me, as I have an allergy. But with this DIP system, I forgot about the allergy, no chipping or peeling, at least on my nails. They come out strong and neat. Highly recommend!!! Special thanks for the delivery!!!

Tatiana, this dip system does not crack or peel. It wears well. I remove it when my nails grow out, which takes about 2-3 weeks. I am not a professional, but a self-taught individual. This system has worked very well for me.

Good foundation. I don't have anything to compare it with yet, but it satisfies me. It can be used with powders and other brand's activators.
