1. Perform standard preparation of nails before applying UV/LED gel polish PNB: degrease the nail plate with Nail Dehydrator PNB, then apply acid-free primer Bond Control PNB.
2. Cover the nails with one of the base coatings PNB: UV/LED ExtraPRO Base, Base Coat, Base DeLuxe, Bio Base, Titanium Base/Top Coat 2 in 1.
3. Polymerize in UV lamp 2 minutes, UVLED combi, or hybrid lamps – 60 seconds. If necessary, remove residual stickiness by means of Gel Cleanser PNB.
4. Apply coloured UV/LED gel polish PNB in 2 layers, polymerizing each.
5. Then apply a thin layer of Powder Top Cashmere effect PNB, sealing the end and sides of the nail. Polymerize in UV lamp 2 minutes, UVLED combi, or hybrid lamps – 60 seconds.
6. After polymerization, remove the sticky layer with a lint-free cloth/sponges moistened with Gel Cleanser PNB.

- To obtain a guaranteed result, polymerize the UVLED Powder Top Cashmere effect PNB in UV, UVLED combi, or hybrid lamps.
- When using light shades of coloured gel polishes, first apply the PNB fixer with a sticky layer (UV/Led ExtraPRO Top/Top Coat /Titanium Base/Top Coat 2-in-1) and without removing the sticky layer, apply a matte coating with cashmere effect Powder Top Cashmere effect PNB.

He could be a cool top because he has a really nice finish, but these glossy streaks are so annoying, as if I didn't shake it before applying, it's still the same.
This top coat applies well and initially looks nice. I didn't experience any issues with drying or streaks, as mentioned in some reviews. However, I'm not sure who got the impression that it doesn't get dirty on light shades. In my case, it collects everything and I have to wash my nails every 5 minutes to maintain a nice appearance. Additionally, the edges wear off quickly and the manicure loses its entire look quite fast. I wear it for a maximum of 2 weeks, hence this rating.
This product is simply amazing.
The last two bottles that I bought have caused a lot of hair loss (like, a lot). Even though I apply a smoothing layer, I'm not sure if I'll buy them again.
I bought this top coat about 5 years ago, maybe even more, when I first started doing gel nails for myself. I'm not a professional, so I bought it from a specialized store based on the seller's advice. I don't understand the negative reviews because it has been many years and it hasn't changed its function. The top coat is amazing! The effect is exactly as described. I apply it on gel polish, no need for glossy top coats underneath. Based on my observations, the top coat is barely visible, you have to look closely to see if the nail is fully covered, so it's better to apply it in thin layers and then you can repeat if necessary. It shows up well on light-colored polishes, in my opinion. On black and dark colors, it might appear slightly dusty. However, it looks great on gray and red. I will definitely add photos next time I use it.
Great top. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. It provides excellent coverage, it also wears well, doesn't stain on light shades, and feels very pleasant to the touch.
The single-tone top coat applied well in just one layer, but in areas where there was a design, glossy patches remained even after applying a second layer.
This top is wonderful, although sometimes it takes two coats as it doesn't reach the cuticles. I always apply a glossy coat on top of it, and the brush is a bit uncomfortable. However, it feels pleasant to the touch and wears well without smudging on light colors.

I read reviews before making a purchase, and even saw some negative ones. But I decided that all the bad things would pass me by and bought it anyway. And you know what? This top coat is just terrible! I don't know what to do with it anymore.
I have been working with gel polishes for a long time and have never encountered anything like this. I applied the top coat to one hand, and there were small glossy gaps in several places. I thought maybe I missed something. I covered the other hand more carefully and attentively. And I was shocked!!! All my nails had glossy spots. I applied it again, dried it, and absolutely NOTHING changed!!! I took a buff, removed the gloss, applied a third coat of the top coat, and the situation improved somewhat.
And if you look closely, you can see brush marks on the coating. But that's already a minor issue compared to the previous problem.

I have purchased this top multiple times. However, the previous one's durability did not last as long as indicated on the packaging, but that's just how it goes. The most important thing is the result, and the result is excellent.
The most problematic matte top coat in my life. I applied it on a sticky layer and without a sticky layer, on top of a base coat, and on colored polish. The matte top coat leaves glossy spots in all cases (bald patches). Even after applying 4 layers, there are still spots of shine. My advice is not to waste your money on it.

I have tried it in different variations, but the top coat leaves stains. There is no even matte coverage, just spots of shine and spots of matte. I didn't like it. Fox and Naomi are much better.

I received the top coat today and immediately tried it out. It is terrible, it doesn't suit the LED lamp 9W at all, even though it says so on the bottle. My nails look unattractive, some parts are matte, while others are glossy. I deeply regret purchasing this product and I am extremely disappointed.
As they say, "at first I didn't understand - but then I did!" At first, it seemed completely non-matte (perhaps it was even like that since I just received it from the cold). But after 2 days - excellent results. It self-levels well and doesn't streak, which is important (I've had streaking issues with matte top coats before). The level of matte is average, it doesn't have that cashmere-like texture that I was expecting. In comparison, the matte top coat from GGA has a stronger matte effect.
I'm not a professional, I do my own manicures, so precision is lacking.
During wearing, it chips easily. It does not go well with other materials. I do not recommend it!
I bought this product because of the many positive reviews. It's not exactly amazing, but it's actually quite good. It applies smoothly and there were no streaks. One downside is that it gets dirty very quickly, even though I was always at home and didn't come into contact with dust (you can clean it with a soft toothbrush, but why put in the effort?). Also, the pleasant tactile sensations disappear quite fast. It looks the same, but the velvety texture diminishes in less than a week.

This top coat is really cool. I didn't expect it to be so good. I bought it accidentally because the matte one was out of stock. It looks great on both dark and light gel polishes. It doesn't chip for 4-5 weeks. The only thing is that if you apply too much on a dark polish, it might become patchy. It applies perfectly in one coat. You won't regret buying it. It also dries very well.

Wow, this product is absolutely stunning, it's pure love. I didn't expect such great quality, even though I'm a big fan of this brand and all their products are top-notch. Before this, I was using a matte top coat from another brand which was fine, but after trying this PNB one, I won't go back to the old one. Rating: 5 out of 5. This top coat is thick and does not spread, thanks to its consistency, it can be easily applied to even out the nail surface. To apply it effectively and under the cuticles, I used a liner brush and applied it in one layer, which was sufficient. It feels very nice to touch after removing the sticky layer. It does a decent job at mattifying, but there are still traces of areas that haven't fully dried. Because of this, I'm deducting a star.
The best matte top coat! It does smudge a bit on light shades, but that's normal since it's deeply matte. However, you can remove anything from it with ease, using any cleaning product. I even removed acrylic paints with powder and a tough sponge. Nothing peels off or chips. I've also ordered a glossy one from the same brand, I'll test it soon.
