How to apply: With a fine brush, apply drops of EXTRA Pro Base at the points where the rhinestones will be placed. The base drops should be slightly larger than the diameter of the rhinestones. "Set" the rhinestones, slightly pressing them into the base drops. Cure under UV/LED, combo lamp for 10 – 15 sec. Then, with a thin brush moistened in PNB's rubber base coating, outline the "set" rhinestones. Cure under UV/LED, combo lamp for 10 – 15 sec. Cover the part of the design without rhinestones with a sealer using a brush. Polymerize under a UV lamp for 2 mins, or LED, UVLED, and hybrid lamps - 60 sec.
