I started using it recently, so it is too early to talk about its effectiveness. However, I had an unpleasant incident during delivery where the jar broke and the serum leaked out. I was very impressed with the customer service. They called, clarified the issue, and replaced the product. Everything was excellent!

I have the exfoliator and serum from this brand - both products are excellent and have greatly helped my skin. I bought this jar after trying a sample, because the serum really does what it claims and lightens acne marks. I haven't had any new breakouts since using it.

Great product! It effectively lightens acne and you can see the results as early as the next day. When used consistently and as part of a routine, the results are excellent.

This retinol product is completely non-functional.

This retinol product has truly saved my skin and brought it back to life. I am extremely grateful to this brand for their serum. The dark spots left behind by acne were terrible, but now there is nothing left of them. My skin is in perfect condition. I now understand the importance of using SPF cream, which I didn't realize before, especially for acne-prone skin.

The product is of good quality. I have been dealing with acne for six months due to gynecological inflammation, resulting in moderate post-acne. I have tried dozens of products to reduce the marks, such as regular creams, antibiotic creams, and different ointments. Unfortunately, there are no good dermatologists in my city, so my gynecologist advised me to use products with retinoids or retinol. Retinol is a derivative of vitamin A, and there are products available without a doctor's prescription, unlike external or internal retinoids. I have been using this product for a few days and so far I am satisfied. The redness has decreased and the inflamed deep acne has improved in appearance. The number of small post-acne scars has decreased, but not significantly. However, you have to be careful with this serum because it can dry out the acne. I use it in combination with a deeply moisturizing serum from another brand. They complement each other in terms of composition and application method. The product has a pleasant smell and absorbs quickly. I ONLY use it on the areas where there is acne and post-acne, especially in the hollow area under my cheekbones. I apply it to my skin at night and always use SPF 50 during the day to avoid skin damage and prevent allergic reactions to the product.

During use, the quality of the skin did not deteriorate, and the changes are barely noticeable after 2 months. It was disappointing that the golden part of the cap came off after the second use. This causes problems with opening the bottle.

I liked the serum, so I ordered a jar for my friend. It didn't completely eliminate post-acne, but it became much lighter. This process takes time, so it won't disappear completely in 1-2 months. That's why I'm continuing to use it.

I won't repeat myself, as I'm looking for something more advanced like Paula's Choice, but I want to say that despite the smell and consistency, this product is good. I have been using this serum for over 2 months. After extended use (more than 2 weeks), the results are really impressive. I wouldn't say that it is specifically for treating post-acne, but rather a balancing and supporting product. It leaves the skin without any oily shine and improves the texture and color of the skin. It also suited my sensitive skin. The only downside is that the specific formula of retinol is not indicated in the ingredients.

There is no noticeable effect. The serum is too thick, it doesn't get into the dropper and stays in the bottle. The scent is mediocre. I didn't notice any negative changes. Next time, I will try a different brand of retinol.

The texture, color, and scent leave something to be desired... However, acne and pimples disappear before your eyes. It caused a heavy breakout due to the medications. At first, I thought it would only make my pimples worse, but then I couldn't resist and squeezed out those hateful pimples. The excitement came when I saw how quickly the scars and post-acne marks fade after using this serum. Yes, the consistency makes it extremely inconvenient to use, but the result plus the price equals love. This serum truly shows visible results after use. It contains 1.5% retinol, which I started using right away without knowing how much or what was in it initially. I thought it might be 0.25%, but no. It dries out the skin significantly, so I use it exclusively with squalane oil. Oil in the morning and evening, retinol only at night. Still, my skin gets quite dry. I have normal skin, prone to dryness and (for some reason) subcutaneous comedones.

The only thing I ask the manufacturer is to indicate the percentage of retinol, provide proper instructions (maybe write it on the packaging or on the back of the label?), and also mention that wet or moisturized skin does not absorb retinol and it gets destroyed. I used it irregularly for several months. As soon as I started using it regularly, I noticed small invisible pimples all over my face, which were very noticeable when touching the skin. This happened 3 times and I didn't continue experimenting. 1/3 of the bottle is dusty.
Maybe it's my personal intolerance or I didn't understand something, but besides the breakout, I didn't notice any other effects.

As for the effectiveness, it is still unclear, but the application is very inconvenient. The consistency is thick and gel-like. Applying the product with a dropper is extremely inconvenient as it is too thick. When dipping the dropper back into the jar, an excessive amount of gel sticks to the entire length of the dropper and spills out, making a mess. It would be much better to have a simple pump to dispense it.

I don't know how the serum works and what exactly it does to my skin, but my skin looks amazing with it.

This is an excellent retinol serum, comparable in quality to other similar products on the market. It has a noticeable effect on tightening pores, making the skin look more even and nourished. I usually follow up with a moisturizer about 40 minutes to an hour after applying. Retinol doesn't work well with other products, so for the best results, it's better to let it work alone. I currently use it with sunscreen during the day. I am truly grateful for such amazing quality. Similar products in the Korean or European market cost around 1000.
