Over time, our skin undergoes certain changes. The aging process leads to the formation of wrinkles. There are several so-called critical zones, one of which is the skin around the nose and mouth. Using nano-patches from the Petalare brand can significantly reduce the appearance of nasolabial folds. Since the product is designed as a hydrocolloid strip, it is very comfortable to use.
The hydrocolloid strip contains a high concentration of microneedles. These microstructures dissolve as they penetrate the skin. The microneedles include regenerative and rejuvenating ingredients, which promote skin renewal and provide intense hydration. The hyaluronic acid in the microneedles' material prevents moisture evaporation. EGF, or epidermal growth factor, stimulates intercellular metabolism, accelerates cell division, and provides a rejuvenating effect.
-
1. Remove the protective layer without touching the microneedles. 2. Apply the patch to clean skin over the nasolabial folds, pressing it firmly against the skin. 3. Keep the patch on for 2 to 8 hours. 4. Gently remove the patch and apply a moisturizer. Important! Do not use products with growth factors if there is an increased risk of developing cancer, or if you have had or currently have skin cancer (such as melanoma), as well as in the presence of skin infections.

Great concept, but the execution falls short. The patch base is too thick and stiff, making it uncomfortable even for the nasolabial area. I couldn't sleep with them on. There is some effect, but it's not impressive, even though I used 3 out of the 4 patches. They're okay if you get them on sale, but definitely not worth the full price.
The Petalare patches are the best of their kind (with microneedles) that I've tried so far. Thanks to Make Up for the prompt delivery, as always! Just a note: the package contains only 8 patches, 4 sets of 2 each.
