Wind 35-40 cm of floss around either the middle finger or the index finger of one hand, whichever you prefer, and a small amount onto the middle or index finger of the other hand. Gently guide it by using a zig-zag motion. Repeat this process for each tooth until all inner surfaces have been flossed. Rinse after use.
