Matte lipsticks have long been favoured by women for a number of good reasons. One of them is that they make lips look particularly classy. To complete that gorgeous look, it would make sense to paint nails matte, as well. The easiest way to do that is to use PNB Matte Top Coat. In just a few swipes, this luxurious formula will leave your nails with a cool cashmere effect. What’s great about this product is that it can instantly take the sheen and shine out of any nail polish, even if it’s a glossy one. So, you can easily play around with colours and make sure you look your best.

1. Degrease nails with PNB Nail Dehydrator and then apply PNB Bond Control, an acid-free primer.
2. Apply any of the following base coats: PNB UV/LED ExtraPRO Base, Base Coat, Base DeLuxe, Bio Base or Titanium Base/Top Coat 2 in 1. Cure with a UV lamp for 2 minutes, UV/LED or hybrid lamp for 60 seconds. Clean off tacky dispersion layer with PNB Gel Cleanser if necessary.
3. Add two layers of colour and cure each in between.
4. Apply a thin layer of PNB Powder Top Cashmere effect, sealing the tips of the nails. Cure with a UV lamp for 2 minutes, UV/LED or hybrid lamp for 60 seconds.
5. Clean off tacky dispersion layer with a lint-free cloth or cotton pad soaked in PNB Gel Cleanser.
It causes severe streaking.
It's really cool! It lasts a long time. I bought a large jar right away and I don't regret it! The best matte top coat.
This top is amazing - it self-levels, doesn't leak, and truly has a cashmere-like effect. It applies perfectly from the first layer, without any gaps. I can't say how it will hold up during wear, but it looks stunning.
This product is absolutely amazing, and I can't believe I didn't choose it earlier.
I have tried many matte top coats and didn't plan on buying another one, but after reading the reviews, I couldn't resist. This top coat is excellent. I don't think I'll be buying any others from now on. It applies easily, the consistency allows for slight leveling, it gives a beautiful matte effect, and it feels velvety to the touch. The biggest plus is that it doesn't smudge or wear off. I highly recommend it!
Immediately after drying, the effect is not very pronounced, but if you run your finger over the nail, it becomes completely matte.
The matte finish of this product is really cool, giving a true cashmere effect.
This top coat has a great consistency and applies smoothly. However, for some reason, it leaves bald spots after drying, even with a second coat. I previously used Oxxi and experienced the same issue. Can anyone suggest a solution?
The best matte top coat I have ever tried! It wears perfectly, has a beautiful matte finish, feels nice to the touch, doesn't get too dirty on light shades, and most importantly, stays intact for 3-4 weeks just like it was right after application.
