The shampoo is not bad, it really reduces hair loss, but it didn't suit my scalp (I find it difficult to find a shampoo that works for me, even from the pharmacy). The "anti-dandruff" variant from this series works better for me.
I ordered this shampoo for my mom. She has a hard time finding a shampoo that suits her, but this one was a perfect fit. It doesn't cause any irritation (which is a big issue for her with various shampoos), she likes the scent, and she says her hair is actually falling out less.
This shampoo is great, it reduces hair loss starting from the second wash. It leaves my hair soft and easy to comb, even without using conditioner.

It excessively dries out the scalp and the hair itself. The hair becomes dry like straw.

The lid of mine also leaked a little bit, but it's not a big deal. The shampoo is good, I haven't tried it without the conditioner, but together they gave me satisfying results. My hair is not bad, but it seems like I overloaded them with Dove, and they became a bit greasy. After using this shampoo-conditioner, my hair seemed to come alive, shining and looking more well-groomed. The shampoo is great, especially when used in combination with the mask and conditioner from the same series. However, I was disappointed with the delivery time as my order arrived on Christmas and it took 5 days to be delivered. Furthermore, the shampoo leaked and the entire box was covered in it. This happened because the lid was not tightly screwed on. Therefore, I am giving it a rating of 4 out of 5.
At the moment, it is difficult for me to say anything about this shampoo as I have had it for less than two weeks, during which one and a half weeks I was sick and did not have time for shampoos. However, I would like to mention that after the first use of the shampoo + conditioner, my fine, frizzy hair became heavy, shiny, and very pleasant to touch.
