After a month of use, the results are visible: there is less hair loss and new hair is growing. I also did a minimal scalp massage during washing, perhaps it contributed, but the shampoo is fantastic. It doesn't dry out the hair.

I received a gift. I tried the Biotin dietary supplement from Golden Farm, so I can't really say much about hair loss. The positives are that it doesn't cause itching on the scalp, cleans well, and has a unique feature found in natural shampoos. The negatives are that it's difficult to squeeze out of the bottle, it really dries out the hair, and without using a hair mask or conditioner with a leave-in treatment for the ends, you can end up with dry straw-like hair. It keeps the hair clean for 24 hours. In other words, you need to wash your hair with it every day to maintain a decent appearance. Overall, it's a matter of personal preference.
