I have been using this product for a long time and I really liked it. It effectively reduces inflammation and irritation, not only after epilation. But!!! The last time I bought it, it came in a different color, with a slightly different texture, and most importantly - a completely different scent!!! It's a completely different cream ((( I don't know yet how effective it will be, but my overall impression is that I don't like it. The scent now resembles cheap candy, the texture is thicker and greasier, and it doesn't have that herbal airy mousse feeling anymore.
What a pleasant texture, like a cream cheese! I really like it and use it to moisturize the bikini area.
The cream has a pleasant texture, but the smell is off-putting, like very old soap. I added some essential oils, which improved it significantly, but I'm still not sure if I will order it again, even though the ingredients are appealing.

I can't say that it completely solves the problem of ingrown hairs (I think no cream can do that), but it incredibly reduces inflammation after sugaring, calms the skin, and makes it soft. I keep it in the refrigerator - it's even better to apply it cold. In short, I'm thrilled ;)

One unpleasant thing is that the film, which makes the labels glossy, quickly peels off, leaving behind paper with green dye that also fades. The composition slightly differs from what is shown in the photo.
The ingredients include KELISOFT actives, papain, allantoin, D-panthenol, wheat extract, aloe vera extract, burdock, glycerin, COCONUT OIL (which made me smile), wheat germ oil, beeswax, urea, post-epilation complex, olive oil, euxyl, and fragrance.
I have a question for the manufacturer: Is it really so difficult to accurately write the ingredients on your product? Especially since there is no cardboard packaging or manufacturer's address, only a phone number is provided. I wouldn't risk using Nueva products on my face, but they are suitable for my legs. It feels like everything is made in a basement in one of the cities in Ukraine.

Rocket bomb, not a cream! Very lightweight with a consistency more like sorbet, airy and soft. I really liked the scent. It absorbs quickly, giving my legs softness and noticeably slowing down hair growth after depilation, making them even thinner and softer. It didn't cause any allergies, rashes, or other unpleasantness. I recommend it. Will definitely repurchase.
Hair growth does not slow down. However, the post-shave care is actually very good. It is cost-effective and does not have an annoying smell. I store it in the refrigerator.
I'm trying everything from this brand after falling in love with their soap. The cream is interesting, it has a thick texture and a yellow color with a herbal scent. It applies smoothly and leaves the skin moisturized. I've tried it twice and am waiting for the results. It even worked well as a post-depilation treatment.
After 2 months of use, I can say that this is my best purchase. It has helped significantly with the terrible ingrown hairs in the bikini area, almost completely eliminating 90% of the inflammation. Prior to using this product, I had visited a dermatologist who prescribed Triamcinolone and corticosteroid ointments, but they provided no relief. In terms of usage, I applied a thick layer every night, and I still have half a jar left.
