Turpentine baths following the A.S. Zalmanov "Yellow Solution" recipe from the "Dr. Pirogov Laboratory" brand open pores and activate the body's natural protective functions, oxygenating the cells. Blood circulation is stimulated, even in the smallest capillaries. This therapy addresses the cause, not just the symptoms of ailments. It eliminates cramps, arterial insufficiency, loss of elasticity, and skin eruptions. Regeneration processes are accelerated, metabolism is normalized, subcutaneous fat levels are regulated, and toxins are eliminated. Consult with a specialist, as this remedy has a number of contraindications and may cause allergic reactions.
How to use: Turpentine baths are taken in a course of 10-12 sessions, or more if prescribed by a doctor. Baths can be taken daily, every other day, or two days in a row with a break on the third day. To take the baths, you will need a water thermometer, a clock, a plastic measuring cup to measure the amount of the yellow solution, preferably a blood pressure monitor, and medical vaseline. Additionally, prepare a robe or a large terry cloth. Precautions should be taken to avoid getting the yellow solution in the eyes, as well as on the most sensitive areas of the body. Store turpentine emulsions out of reach of children.
The amount of yellow solution per bath gradually increases from 10-15 ml to 35-60 ml as recommended by a doctor for a specific individual. The bath temperature should be 36-37°C. The duration of the baths is 10-15 minutes, starting from 5 minutes and gradually increasing the time by 1-2 minutes, depending on tolerance.
For people with very sensitive skin, it is permissible to apply a small amount of medical vaseline to certain body areas (genitalia and anus, the back of the knees, the inner surfaces of the elbow folds, underarm and groin areas).

Great bath salt. I used to buy from a different brand, but I had to dilute a larger amount compared to this one. 15-20 ml is enough for a big bathtub to feel the effect of the bath salt. After the bath, I feel relaxed and my skin feels lightly tingled. I am satisfied with this product!
