It is thick enough, like a mask, with an amazing fruity-woody-vanilla scent that reminds me of expensive niche perfumes. It completely blew me away. It glides smoothly onto the hair and simply melts into it. The nourishment is wonderful, my hair comes alive, but it still maintains volume and doesn't weigh it down. A very worthy product.
