Liquid highlighter. It is absolutely wonderful for the price. I use it above my lips, on my neck, and sometimes on my hands. It's truly beautiful for the money. I can't say how it works on the cheeks because I don't know how to apply it there, as I only use powder on my cheeks. Or on my jawline... well, you get the idea.
The product does not live up to its claims, and I do not recommend it. The texture is too watery.
