The oil is amazing! The scent is also great, coconut. After using it, my ends are soft and easy to comb through. For those who are concerned that this oil might be more like a spray in terms of consistency, I can say that after spraying it onto my palm, the oil is the same as all the other products from this brand!
Regarding the makeup, I received the oil without the OGX box, just in the makeup box. There is a sticker with the date 13.09.21 on the bottle. Is this the creation date or is it already expired?
The oil works wonders on porous and dry ends, making them truly soft. And when paired with the milk, it even straightens the entire length of the hair.
I did not like the oil at all. It has a pleasant smell and feels soft when applied, but once my hair fully dries, the ends become extremely dry where the oil was applied. Additionally, it makes my hair greasy. I decided to stop using it after giving it a chance for about a month with only 4 uses.
The oil is super lightweight and liquid, just like a veil for the hair. It sprays very finely, making it difficult to overdo it. The coconut scent is light and subtle. I apply it to slightly damp hair (towel-dried). I pay special attention to the ends. Then I dry it with a hairdryer as usual, and there is no effect of dirty hair or greasy film. One bottle of spray lasts for 2-2.5 months.
I bought shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil. Specifically, all from the same series. The hair oil is a complete nightmare! I do not recommend it!!! My hair becomes greasy in a second because of it. Just washed my head and it's like icicles again. I really regret not reading reviews before purchasing! I have natural, normal, long hair with slightly dry ends. I usually use chi oil, so buying this oil was a big mistake!
I really liked this product. I didn't buy it here, but I can feel the moisturizing effect, the softness, the wonderful smell of coconut, and noticeable shine after just one use.
For its price, they could have at least applied the stickers properly. Additionally, the sprayer is very inconvenient - you have to exert force to use it. For such an amount, you can find a much better product.
This is a good product in this price range. I applied it to my hair before blow-drying. It doesn't weigh down my hair and makes it easier to comb. I occasionally take a break from using it, but after 5-6 months, I always come back to this oil again. If you use the entire range together with the shampoo and conditioner, the effect will be even more noticeable.
What a waste of money! I fell for the scent and discount in the store without reading the reviews beforehand. I haven't bought hair products from mass-market stores in a long time, thinking that for this price, the product couldn't be worse than average. I was wrong.
I have natural hair with dry ends and slightly oily roots. Overall, my hair is well taken care of. I use Dr Sorbie shampoo (ordered from a salon), Davines conditioner, and Chi argan oil.
After the first use, my hair immediately became greasy and limp, it was a disaster. I followed the instructions, but ended up having to put my hair up in a ponytail. I thought maybe I used too much oil, so I gave the product another chance. I applied a very small amount on my palms (three pumps) and then onto the ends, specifically from the middle to the tips. I want to emphasize that it was a very small amount, much less than even the Chi oil. However, even with this minimal amount, when blow-drying, my hair still had that disgusting greasy snowflake effect, although it wasn't as noticeable as the first time. My hair didn't look well-groomed, and there was no lasting coconut scent. This raises the question - okay, maybe this product should only be used with one pump, but then it wouldn't be enough for even half the thickness of my hair, and there would be no attractive coconut scent either.
The instructions claim that this is a lightweight mist. LIGHTWEIGHT.
I do not recommend using this product.
One star is already too much. I didn't buy it here, and I don't recommend it to anyone! My hair became dry and like a sponge. When you pay so much money, you can at least expect some shine, but there is none here! It's frustrating that the money went down the drain.
Great, but it could be cheaper.
I didn't buy it here, but I'll leave a brief review and how I use it.
The scent is very pleasant, I love coconut!
But the oil didn't work for me, even though I used it on wet hair :(
At first, I thought it was because I applied too much oil.
Another time, I applied just a little bit.
But my hair still ended up very greasy and clumpy. It was unpleasant and disgusting, so I had to wash my hair immediately, even though it was already clean.
It's a shame to throw it away, so here's an alternative I came up with:
1. Apply the oil to the ends of your hair before washing.
2. Wrap your hair in plastic wrap or hair curlers.
3. Leave it on for about two hours.
4. Then wash your hair as you normally would, using your preferred method.
This is the only method that works for me.
Thank you all for your attention.
Unfortunately, this oil did not work for me. It excessively dried out the ends and half of the length of my hair. I couldn't understand what was happening with my hair until I stopped using it((
This fragrance is amazing. I gave myself a haircut and started using it, and I completely forgot what split ends and unruly hair were. I definitely recommend it.
The scent is simply amazing! Vanilla and coconut, sweet and summery. It adds a shine, moisture, unfortunately, I didn't notice any
This spray makes hair unrealistically shiny, but unfortunately, it doesn't do much else for me. It doesn't provide the heavy, non-porous hair effect that I was hoping for. I can't say that it had that effect. Maybe it will work for someone else, but I won't be ordering coconut-based products anymore. Overall, it's not too bad. I would give it a 3+ rating.
This product is really great, my hair looks so much better now.
I don't understand why it has such low ratings.. It's not oil, but rather a mist (ultra-light oily water), which does its job excellently. (I have porous, medium-thick hair) After using it, my hair becomes incredibly soft, smooth, silky, and has a sweet-coconut scent.
It won't replace argan oil as expected, and it won't save extremely damaged hair either.
I use the mist as part of my multi-step hair care routine (shampoo + conditioner + argan oil + mist) = amazing hair.
I apply it on slightly damp or fully dry hair.
The shampoos from this brand are excellent, but the oil didn't impress me. The smell is pleasant, but in terms of results, even Garnier is better.
Unfortunately, this is the worst hair product I have ever used. It completely dries out the hair and provides no smoothness or softness whatsoever.
