I don't know what people don't like about it. Have you just found out what sulfate-free shampoos are? They will never foam as actively as sulfate shampoos. I have encountered situations where the manufacturer wants to pass off a sulfate shampoo as sulfate-free. Of course, such products will foam well, but you need to check the ingredients!
Today I received the package and immediately checked the shampoo and conditioner. I think everyone knows that you wash your hair with shampoo twice, right? If you only wash it once, it's no wonder your hair is poorly cleansed. I had a hair botox treatment and used sulfate shampoos several times because there were no sulfate-free options. The first few times were still okay, but after the next wash, it was no longer visible that I had done the botox treatment. And today, I finally washed my hair with a sulfate-free shampoo. It felt like it came back to life and became smooth again. After using the shampoo, there was no feeling of straw on my head, everything was fine! Additionally, I used the conditioner from the same manufacturer. I also bought a hair mask, but I haven't used it yet. In terms of consistency, all the products are thick, there is no shampoo that is like water.
We all use this shampoo in our house. It is non-aggressive and leaves our hair clean and soft.

This is an excellent natural shampoo. I apply it to wet hair, massage it in, and leave it for a couple of minutes. It rinses out really well! (I've never experienced this with other sulfate-free shampoos, even more expensive ones). I use it with my daughter and we are very satisfied. However, the small bottle is quickly consumed by the two of us.
