This is a good shampoo, but it's not suitable for regular use. It doesn't contain sulfates, so it doesn't clean the scalp thoroughly. On the plus side, it doesn't damage hair as much as shampoos with sulfates do.
The shampoo did not work for me. My hair was dirty again the next day, even though I washed it twice. The scent is neutral. As for its anti-dandruff properties, I can't say for sure, as I use it as an intermediate option so that my skin doesn't get used to one product and develop dandruff. When I use the SLS-free shampoo from LECO #1, it feels like a salon treatment, and #8 is great for protecting against seborrhea.
