Your hair care arsenal would be incomplete without burdock oil, the effects of which are noticeable after the very first use.
How to use: wash your hair with warm water and towel dry; massage the oil into the roots of your hair for at least 15 minutes, parting your hair into sections. Then, evenly distribute the oil along the length of your hair (avoiding harsh and vigorous movements, as this can break and pull out hair); leave the application on for 20 minutes, then rinse off with a gentle shampoo. After washing, use a conditioner; repeat the procedure 1-2 times a week; to enhance the effect, brush your hair with a massage brush every evening (such a massage strengthens the hair and improves blood supply to the hair follicles).
The oil is good. It works great both when heated and when used cold. It has a pleasant "phyto" scent. It truly softens and nourishes the hair if applied to the length, and it is also good for the roots to strengthen and promote growth. It washes off quite easily. It doesn't leave a heavy or greasy feeling and doesn't weigh down the roots. Overall, I recommend it.

The problem of hair loss was solved within two weeks! I have been alternating between two oils, both with a slight issue in terms of scent. This particular oil has a peculiar combination of basement and valerian smell. However, the results are amazing. Even at the ends, the difference is noticeable. I had to trim off 5-7 cm of dry hair, but now it's not as noticeable anymore.
Seems like a decent oil. It's convenient to apply and wash off. The rating is lowered because I can't evaluate the effect. As it turns out, my hair falls out even more with hair oils. I used to use a cheap burdock oil before. I wash off hair clumps along with the oil. I think it's individual.
