I have concerns about the tube's content. After opening it, I found that it was mostly filled with air.
It did its job perfectly. My lips were terribly dry and cracked, but after using it a couple of times, it helped.
This is an outstanding product. For years, I've been searching for a genuine lip balm—not a lipstick, tint, or something strange like Carmex that burns the lips. This particular balm applies smoothly and comfortably. It's slightly paste-like, which is actually a benefit because you don't need to reapply it constantly. It softens and moisturizes my very dry lips effectively.
I purchased this balm at the pharmacy. It is a very good moisturizing balm. Now I have decided to order it on Makeup. When applying it, there is a strong burning sensation, although I did not experience this with the pharmacy balm, as it only contains oils. The burning sensation subsides after 4-5 minutes, but as far as I know, this should not happen. Please comment on this!
If you are looking for a lip balm for dry and sensitive lips like mine, especially for winter when they suffer the most, then this is the perfect option. I bought it accidentally without paying attention to this brand's cosmetics at all, but this lip balm is my salvation. I highly recommend it!

I bought it not here, but in a pharmacy. It's terrible, not a balm at all. It's the only one out of all the ones I've tried in my life that not only doesn't moisturize/restore my lips, but actually dries them out and makes them even more tight.
I just received this balm. The tube is half empty, as if it has already been used, and it doesn't contain the stated 10g.
The balm has a very thick texture, almost solid. The first few times it was impossible to apply it to the lips - a solid piece was squeezed out of the tube with great effort, which did not soften at all under the influence of body heat.
Over time, it became softer, but not much. Now at least it is possible to apply it to the lips, but it still does not respond well to heat. Therefore, a smaller portion remains on the lips, while the majority of the balm spreads to the sides.
The balm does not moisturize at all, although it is not claimed to do so. Restoration is claimed, but I have not noticed any. The balm does not have any effect on the skin of the lips, it simply forms a film until I eat it. The lips remain the same as they were before applying the balm, or even more dry.
There is no scent.
I didn't buy it here, but I absolutely recommend this lip balm! I have been using it for years, and it quickly heals even severely chapped lips caused by the cold. It is also great for dryness. It is rich and absorbs quickly. I highly recommend it.

Despite the fact that I like the antiseptic creams from this brand, this balm is not effective at all. The texture feels like silicone, there is no scent, and it doesn't provide any moisturization. My favorites will remain Carmex and EOS.
There is no special effect, the texture is very strange. Definitely will not take it again. Still, Carmex is my only friend.
