I received the balm. I like it. The consistency is thick, and the balm requires some effort to squeeze out. The smell is almost nonexistent, actually similar to petroleum jelly. It doesn't make my lips shine like lip gloss.

I'm not sure if I will buy it again. I like using it at night (hoping for its healing properties and its nourishing effect on my lips). The texture is strange. It's something in between a cream and, well, I can't even describe it. When applied on the lips, it feels like you're spreading butter and it melts from the warmth of your body. The packaging is neat, and it has no scent. It's a matter of personal preference.
