Very irritating. I do not recommend using it to remove eye makeup. The mascara is the same for me, when I used a different product to remove it, there was no burning sensation.
I purchased this product, but it stings my eyes severely.
The product is really good.
It's just so-so. It removes light makeup, very light, but there's nothing heavier it can handle. And it takes a long time to wash off.

If we evaluate the product based on its purpose, it is decent. It performs well. But!!! Please, change that dreadful pump!! Every time I use it, I close my eyes, not knowing where it will squirt this time))) There is absolutely no aesthetic pleasure... at all))))

The cream is amazing! It removes makeup well. I have used one jar and will definitely order more. As for eye irritation, I can now confidently say that it is not caused by makeup removal, but rather by the cosmetics themselves (in my case!). I also use the great micellar water from Garnier, but occasionally it causes a bit of stinging.
The makeup removes well, even the long-lasting one. It doesn't tighten the skin. My eyes didn't sting. Only the smell is not very pleasant. The price/quality ratio is justified.

I use these cream cleansers only to remove makeup from my face, for eye makeup I use a different product. I also have a "problematic" dispenser. The overall impression of the product seems good, but I won't buy it again. From budget Ukrainian options, I prefer the makeup remover from Dr.Sante.
I am generally satisfied with the cream. It doesn't tighten or dry out my skin, and it effectively removes makeup. The dispenser does require multiple presses, but that's something I can overlook. The price of the product is minimal, and it performs its tasks well. I love this whole series.
These cream are okay, as long as they don't get in your eyes. The dispenser is not the most convenient. I use this jar, but I won't buy it again. Don't expect a good product for such a low price. If it doesn't cause harm, that's already an achievement.
