I used to love this cream, but now I'm completely disappointed. They've changed the formula, and only the scent remains the same. It used to be a rich, white-pearl cream, but now it's just an ordinary conditioner. My hair is just as tangled after using it as it was before. There's no longer any softening or nourishment. It feels squeaky, as if I've washed my hair three times. And by the way, my hands feel squeaky too, as if I've used soap. I won't be buying it again.
