The best balm ever. My hair feels thick and moisturized, even though it's very thin and weak.

I have been using this shampoo for the past two years and it's excellent. The key is to avoid applying it directly to the roots. I have thin, not very dense, 50 centimeter long hair. One bottle lasts me for three months if I wash my hair every other day. As a bonus, they sent me an expensive hair oil. I will definitely give it a try.

This is not a balm, it's NOTHING, especially if you have curly, porous, or dyed hair. It should soften the hair, not make it tangle and knot, whether it's dry or wet.

The sample was much better, and the hair looked healthier.

There was absolutely no effect, quite the opposite actually. It feels like the conditioner was not even applied to the hair, it feels the same as after using shampoo.
