Overall, this product is great. It aligns hair perfectly and I have been using it for 3 years now. I ordered it here, but sometimes it pulls hair, which is very annoying. I must mention that it is impossible to curl hair with it. However, it straightens hair wonderfully.
The best straightener I have ever tried. It doesn't pull or damage the hair and glides smoothly. Heats up instantly. The ceramic plates are of high quality. It has been serving me for at least 5 years, if not more. It's just a pity that the heat temperature cannot be adjusted.

This product is suitable for natural or thin hair. The temperature is not adjustable, but in my opinion, it reaches a maximum of 170 degrees Celsius. It is not possible to effectively straighten bleached, coarse, curly, or dyed hair with this device. The cord is short and thin. It is more suitable for creating curls for children.
