This is just a regular degreaser. There is no stickiness, no adhesion at all. Why write that it is a primer??

The product turned out to have the properties and smell of a dehydrator (freshener, primer). It dries completely, leaving the nail plate feeling completely dry. Instead of fixing, it dissolves areas where the brush lightly touched the edges with acrylic paint after airbrushing and rubbing. I use it as a primer before applying another company's ultrabond.
