I have tried the liquid. I removed the top coat and the clips quite easily. The gel polish with the base came off pretty well, although there were some issues in certain areas. I simply added some liquid onto a cotton pad and held it for a bit longer. Overall, I am even surprised at how well it came off. The smell, in my opinion, is pleasant and not strong. If there are cuts, then yes, it will sting naturally.
I have been using this product not for the first time. I apply it to my nails only after filing the top and only on the nail plate, as my skin is already dry. It only stings when there are any wounds or cracks. It does a great job with its task, and I only keep it on for 10-15 minutes, no longer. The smell is not very pleasant.
