I didn't have high expectations, but I needed a good lip product. Something that would stay on and keep my lips moisturized. I didn't want it to have a strong taste, smell, or color.
Surprisingly, this one worked wonders. I was pleasantly surprised. I might even buy it again.
As for the downsides, the sticker comes off. I understand that it doesn't affect the content. It just looks untidy.
