How to use: For rinsing - 2 drops of oil per 1 glass of water.
For compresses, reflexology massage, and enriching creams — 2 drops of oil per 5 ml of base.
For use in an aroma lamp and inhaler — 3-5 drops.
For massage — 2-3 drops per 10 g of fatty vegetable oil.
For a bath — 7-10 drops, for a sitz bath — 3-5 drops of essential oil, mixed beforehand with an emulsifier (1/3—1/4 cup of milk, whey, honey solution, sea or table salt).

Good oil. I pour it into an aroma diffuser without any additional additives and place it in the bathroom. The bathroom smells like cinnamon. Not too strong, but sometimes I can sense the hints.
