Spruce essential oil can be used for inhalations, as a massage oil, or added to baths. The oil is soothing, reduces swelling, aids in the healing of minor wounds and irritations.
The product can act as a diuretic, cholagogue, and lipotropic medication. It is one of the most potent active components among bactericidal, antiseptic, and antiviral medicines. Moreover, spruce needle essential oil is a powerful antioxidant. It helps the body recover faster after debilitating illnesses, boosts its resistance to infections and pathogens.

How to use:
- For aroma massage, add 3-6 drops of spruce essential oil to 15 ml of base oil.
- To enrich creams, tonics, gels — add 4-6 drops to 15 g of the base.
- Add 3-7 drops of pure oil or 10—15 drops of its alcohol solution (10 drops of oil to 10 ml of 90% ethyl alcohol) to an aroma lamp.
- For hot inhalations, use 2—3 drops of oil.
- For baths — 4—7 drops, pre-diluted in ¼ cup of an emulsifier (milk, cream, whey, solutions of honey or salt).
